The Workshop is dedicated to delivering a quality service to our clients and this can only be achieved by employing a happy and enthusiastic workforce.

As our employees are our most valuable asset, we place a strong emphasis on retaining key people in order to provide our clients with a superior service to complement our quality catering facilities. This focus on our people has been instrumental in us obtaining and retaining the Investors in People award for more than 15 years.

The Workshop currently employs 150 members of staff across the UK and we are committed to supporting our workforce to develop their career.
