The Workshop is one of the largest independent providers of staff catering in Scotland. Established in 1995, The Workshop has fifteen years of experience in the provision of high quality, in-house staff catering facilities.
In 2002, The Workshop underwent a management buy-out and now services over 40 client sites, including a number of multi-site contracts, The Workshop serves over 14,000 customers a day and employs over 100 staff.
Passionate about providing wholesome and nutritious meals, it is the policy of The Workshop to source fresh local produce, replacing mass produced and sub standard frozen products. Recognising the importance of quality and choice, we provide high street brands through our Starbucks franchises and offer ‘Scottish Slimmers’ and ‘Be Good to Yourself’ pre-packed sandwich ranges.
It is our philosophy to reduce client subsidies by increasing staff usage of our catering facilities. At all of our clients' sites we have achieved this with fantastic results and, in some cases, have increased turnover by over 100%.
